All credit reports and credit-related services are now available to Ford Credit Management staff members via their personal accounts on the company’s new online platform.
To sign up for online access, you’ll need your account number, which will be printed on your first statement. You may sign up for FordPass using the MyFordBenefits website or app on your computer, mobile device, or tablet.
When logged in, you may view details on the following features and services:
- negotiate a payment plan
- Get on the autopay bandwagon.
- Modify the expiration date (see our instructional video below)
- Examine your past due amounts and bank statements.
- The next step is to calculate the amount that has to be paid (“Payment”).
- Make sure you know when your lease is up.
- Set up email and/or text message notifications.

- For first access to myfordperformance.com, your SSN is used as your user ID.
- Your first PIN will be your whole birthdate in the format MM/DD/YY.
- Once you’ve logged into my ford Benefits for the first time, you’ll need to change your login and PIN.
- You’ll need this ID and password to access your personnel dashboard and monitor your individual performance metrics.
- Follow the steps in the example above to choose “US Employees” or the desired division.
- Create an account by signing up.
